In our work with Prado, we came to appreciate the role of developer and the importance of development in realizing a municipality’s vision for sustainable growth with thriving communities and economies.

Prado asks how every project can positively impact its neighborhood and neighbors. We built a website that would show investors, partners, and residents how they respond to the needs and opportunities of each project.
